Heveningham Hall Concours d'Elegance is a relatively new automotive event for the calendar, with this year being the 3rd annual Concours d'Elegance held in the grounds of the Grade I listed Georgian mansion. An eclectic mix of 50 classic and contemporary motor cars are neatly displayed onto the dramatic grass terraces in the gardens. Some of the most iconic cars from each era are set out for show, from the alluring one owner John Surtees BMW 507 Roadster to the more extreme of an Aston Martin Vulcan. The event also showcased a selection of rather special track cars including a Mclaren F1 GTR, a Porsche 962 and a Ferrari F40 GTLM from the rivals in Maranello. Sitting proudly in the entrance is a Ferrari 250 GTO which was seen in action partaking in time trials, powering up the "Horsepower Hill" over the course of the event, not achieving the fastest time, but most definitely garnering the most attention.
